About Giao Nguyễn

As a product designer and green lover, Giao has been thinking about how to make good use of natural resources via proper craftsmanship to protect the environment.

Born and raised in Vietnam, Giao has always taken pride in her country’s rich culture, glorious history and valuable natural resources. Throughout her study and practice of product design, she has had opportunities to experiment with local natural materials and learn from diverse traditional craftsmanship skills across her country.

As a result, she has discovered that by researching local natural materials and applying traditional techniques combined with modern technology, she can help preserve cultural historical values, increase local people’ incomes and expand green space for human well-being.
