Phách | A Decorative Wall Light

'Phách ('Cadence') comes from a school project in which Giao had to research how to apply Vietnam traditional materials such as bamboo, rattan, etc. into lighting products.
 
In this project, Giao wanted to combine an age-old beauty from Song Lang - a musical instrument, and its contrast ratio and materials with a modern breath from a sound sensor and the LED technology.
 
The rattan prototype was made by a Chinese origin craftman, whose workshop, 'Thang Quy' was on 3/2 street, district 10, Ho Chi Minh City. Giao also found help at TAE - an electronic and mechanical components store in Nhat Tao Market - for this lamp's electronic part.
